Dear Gray, I apologize if I sounded aggressive I certainly did not mean to, what I meant by conflict of interest is that members of OLD and OPP work together under the same firm , that poses a big conflict of interest, I understand that you may not assign them to the same case, but a lot of things can go south putting OLD and OPP in the same law firm to work together, as things or information that may be confidential may get leaked or used in OPP/OLD cases. As to needing an organization to run a law firm, I just fail to see why you'd need an org to run a law firm? you can always run it as a business and create a discord server for your law firm where all the lawyers under your firm can communicate with each other regarding cases, assuming that you get permission from government and invite BBRP staff to the discord. As to the competition, I assure you my reply to your application has nothing to do with what my character does in city, this isn't Moe Familia answering but the person behind the character. Moe Familia is becoming a Magistrate and is also a trainee lawyer in OPP and has no interest in running a law firm. In fact, most of the work he does is Pro bono and does it for fun not for the money so again, there's no competition. If I remember correctly, Moe did in fact text you when he saw your ad for the first time in YP and offered the help in case Gray needed anything or has any questions, so I fail to understand why you'd think im opposing the org idea because of fear of competition? Hmmm will the Org consist of Trainee lawyers only or are OLD/OPP aligned and registered lawyers allowed to join as well? If they are, how will you handle the conflict of interest when you have OPP/OLD lawyers under the same firm? The only way I can see no COI is if your org only does civil cases, which are not very common in city. Keep in mind that if your law firm doesn't have registered lawyers they won't be able to take cases to DCV which will undermine your org a lot. If you're just looking to start a law firm to legal rep people in police stations/MCV, you dont need an org, crew at most.

Hello, hope all is well and healthy. As a practicing lawyer in city, my personal opinion is that arresting officers should not be the ones responsible for charging/sentencing. I've seen countless times officers that took it personal as they were punched/shot at by the detainee. I've had an officer once tell me that "I'm wasting my time" first thing as I walked into the department. In my opinion a supervisor or an impartial officer should process detainees not the arresting officer. The officer that told me that I was wasting my time did not budge until I requested a magistrate and then he started cooperating with me. I have nothing personal against any officers, but a wise man once told me, even scumbags deserve justice. I feel like its unjust for the detainees to have to get charged and sentenced by the same officer who took it personal because he got punched on accident. Hello, I am not completely sure if this is the right place to ask but oh well forgive me if its not. I was wondering if the Diamond Casino is currently owned by anyone? I know that the city used to have a casino but it closed, I wanted to inquire about its status. I currently hold a weekly gambling event and the wonderful citizens of Melbourne showed a lot of interest in it, so I'd be lying if myself and the crew that im in didn't think about turning it into a business, as a long term future plan. Constable Colt Walker, thank you for always giving me some really enjoyable RP and giving me calls when you detain people who need legal representation, when we went on that field trip to find the bullet casings that were gonna determine whether the detainees were going to walk away free or not, that was easily the best case I've ever had to deal with so thank you for that. Senior Leading Constable Jeshin Hardy, I always look forward to seeing you in city, not only because you provide me with great RP opportunities, but your constant words of encouragement in and out of city were one of the factors that kept me motivated to keep going forward and pursuing the lawyering career.
