Hey bud; - As far as the tracing number plates cops can already do this, they just rarely get the chance to do it. - As far as the using a stolen car and still getting automated speeding fines this is more of a deterrent for rule breakers than law breakers. Think about when you speed through a 40km/h work zone issued by the ems workers, you car breaks down a few seconds after passing through the zone, this doesn't make sense in an RP scenario but it exists because shit like ems workers and cops getting flattened by speeding people was a big problem. The only places with automatic cameras are areas with a super high concentration of players or a history of instant death. Hope this explained it a bit. Just don't speed in those areas (if you need to because of crimes this is your own choice you made knowing full well there were cameras in the area.)

I understand your problem with the current system but the issue is not one of limiting RP and the solution is definitely no limiting who can Purchase it. (IMO) Personally I think whitelisted people and supporters have more than enough unique mechanics already, but if it were to go down that road then they should have the unique option to do a peer 2 peer SALE not purchase, the purchase (if it were to be implemented) should be for everyone as supporters don't need any more advantages in the world of cars. When the 10% up front listing fee gets introduced the stock of cars in the 2nd hand stores is going to plummet, people will stop putting cars up for the max price just because they have a few mods on them and that should fix both the car economy and the problem you claim you want fixed (full lots.)

If you want to try and get refund make a sales ticket at the link bellow; as far as connection issues fivem is a dodgy mod framework and thus it has issues, there isn't much you can do about it. Ps. Realism & RP Opportunities: Yes, 3 hours after restart when the original flood of players has calmed down there would be opportunities for more taxi and bus RP but in that first 10-20 minutes these new spawn points are going to be chaos, I don't love it but people play dodgy crims who just car jack whenever they could be getting someplace a little faster, the new spawns will be car jack central. 3. Social contact and conversation: 2 spawn spots is mental, assuming 1 of them is in the city and 1 of them is a bus station or something in Bendigo then one single sync zone in the city will have 200 Odd players within the first 10 minutes, this isn't normally a problem as there are like 4 spawns in the city all of which are walking distance from a garage so the sync zones aren't bogged down but your idea of using mainly taxi and bus transport will slow down this process massively. 4. Get rid of hotspots: To get the original maccas to stop being a hotspot the business basically died. To stop the pink cage and pillbox to be hotspots we had to safezone them, get rid of tick pay whilst near them, double the price of medical treatment and create and entirely new hospital. If you didn't notice neither of these very harsh solutions helped, people who aren't RPing their character but are instead playing a game to hang out with people will always be on the server, these people won't care how difficult or inconvenient it is to chill and party, like life in Jurassic park they will find a way. I think your idea has decent intentions but the potential consequences of this change are much more far reaching that you would have originally intended, whilst that isn't a suggestion killer I think you need to spend some time thinking of ways to either combat or eliminate problems like the ones I mentioned (There will be others I am sure.)

Hey bud, sorry that this happened to you, It is a known bug that is caused by a server performance increasing mechanic. Easiest way I can explain it is; - 300 is a bunch of slots - Was 180 only 2 months ago - 300 players leave local and their own cars around all over the place - The server looks for cars that it thinks noone is using - The server mistakenly thinks noone is using yours. That is the general gist of it, I don't understand the exact details but it happens to most people, as far as the you paying for gold and thus deserve to be answered exactly when you want (if that was not your point it came across that way so I am going to treat it that way) like a third of the playbase has some level of supporter, even if there was some level of preferential treatment (which there isn't and never will be) it would still take several weeks for you to get an answer back using a general ticket. There are currently 4 (maybe 5) people who look at general tickets, there are thousands of people potentially making them so it takes a while for them to look at them all. Not sure what happened to you on discord though. TLDR: Sorry it happened to you but it happens to a lot of people, it is a known bug, gold supporter doesn't mean you get answers when you want them.

You can keep someone against there will for one hour MAX, anything more than that is potentially ruining someone else RP for your fun. Depending on the situation I guess you could be in a pre organized relationship before joining the city where one of you is dominant and the other is submissive and always follows the dominant's orders but I definitely wouldn't call it a master / slave thing.

Ok, I'd seperate your business idea from your real suggestion which is (this is just my understanding) to create a number of new furniture items that will allow an input of an imgur link or similar and load it in city so that the general population can all view things like; - IC Photos inside frames - Paintings - Murals -etc. I think it sounds cool, not super sure how people's PC's would like loading in 30 images at once in a gallery but I like the basic premise.

My point was less about the possibility of being able to create the script and more about its viability in the city and how it would be handed out but yeah It feels like more of a long term goal rather than something that can be implemented quickly.

Short answer: Not right now Longer answer: My understanding of it is scar / the staff team do not want to splt up the player base, it is very likely one of the servers would become "the good one" and the other would be the "dodgy one", It also means even if the servers are meant to be in the same canon it is hard for things that affect 1 server to affect the other. The only way I see it feasibly happening is if the 2nd server had its own story and none of your progress traveled over but if that is what people wanted when they requested a "2nd server" then they should just go join a smaller community (IMO.) Yes player count and massive queues is something they are always trying to think of solutions but no those solutions aren't the ones that will help the community grow / thrive.

I get that but that would require creating a script or modifying a script where they can set manual walls which you can turn into canvases, I think it would be cool but I also think it isn't going to happen without some serious cutbacks to the mechanic (so much so that it might not even be the thing you went.)

Hey bud, The server restarts twice a day, I believe the reason it is at the times it is currently at is so that staff can make sure It goes down and comes up correctly (issues with the server mechanics tend to become really obvious in the first hour or so) if it was split so it was like midday and midnight then there would have to be both an admin on at like 2am everyday and an admin home from work at 2pm every day. As far as you getting time in the server It's a complicated question, these are the basic things the admins take into account (there are plenty more I am sure but this is off the top of my head) - What can FiveM feasibly run? - Will more slots mean we have to limit mechanics? - If only staff and whitelist get queue prio how long will the community last? - If we split the server how will the player base be affected? There is no easy solution for the thing you want solved, I mean this in the nicest way possible but there is a reason that BBRP is so popular and by implementing a lot of the things that would make the queue shorter or faster it is very likely it wouldn't be nearly as popular. The staff are always considering ways to improve the community, they recognized it wasn't the best for new players and so they started the luck draw that is the "Daily Priority Queue" winner. I have no doubt they will continue to work on this but as far as I can tell I don't see how it can be fixed (right now.) Ps. It is a Friday, as far as I can tell unless you get in on the first wave of connections post restart non queue prio people vary rarely get in until 10pm ish

If "tagging" became a thing I think it would have to be either really easy to remove (in the case it is available to the entire public) or limited to specific members of specific groups who have some graphical design or artistic skill. The reason I say this is because If everyone could do it then the entire city would be covered in really bad graffiti.

Depends on the car but most of them can zoom as crims use some dumb speedy vehicles sometimes, can't give you exact numbers though.

If you didn't already know there is already a fighting area in the city where people can bet on fist fights, it is not a gym or a boxing ring but it is fun. As far as a real boxing gym I think it would be hard to do instead I would suggest amateur MMA, as the player character just randomly kicks some times.

People sometimes do similar things (Bike tours etc) but a full round trip of the island takes like a long time (its like 1.5 hours or something ridiculous.) Maybe if you got people to set up teams with special outfits and filmed it using one of the new choppers it would be a bit more fun but It would mostly be riding on a slightly curved like at 60km/h for an hour.

As far as I can tell mechanics hire whoever they believe is best for the job, sometimes that is their friends, sometimes that is people in the same org as them and sometimes it is just people, I know for a fact that slowlife has accepted non gang affiliates. But if you are trying to be like a group of racers that goes up against another group of racers then yeah a crew wouldn't be a bad idea.
