  1. IMO disputing the purchase was a a bit of a silly move, I would just make a sales ticket and let them sort it out. BTW "Sharni#2705" has never posted on the discord so not sure how you know you never got the sync'd role / properly linked it.

  4. Hey Bud, Do you potentially mean the 24th? If it was purchased on the 4th that was 3 weeks ago, you only have a little over 1 week of gold membership left. Anywho could you elaborate a bit more? What seems to be the problem?
  5. To slow the speed at which people join the server, if people could just join as fast as possible then when the server is booted it up it would get 300 people trying to connect freak out and explode.
  6. Then in the past when you have attempted to join it has been in restricted mode which is what I suggested originally.
  7. Hey Bud, After you sync your forum and discord accounts (so that you have the supporter tags on the forum) you will need to successfully join the server once before your supporter benefits can be used. This means that you only get queue prio on your second connection (Post Sync.)

  10. Discord ban? If you are using a VPN that could be it (someone else had been banned using said VPN IP address), the other option is your own IP is banned for whatever reason.

It is just suggesting that you either get gold supporter or work towards being granted whitelist if you are frustrated with the queue, this is the standard message almost everyone sees as SOOOO many people complain about the length of queue. If you check the #how-to-support-the-server channel on discord you will see the basic benefits of the gold tier of supporter.

  15. I'm not a dev so don't take my word for it but maybe it is related to the two garage systems running at one time. If you are really not leaving the car out when restart happens and are actually putting it in a garage in the city then I have no clue why it would keep putting it back up there. Maybe ask in discord to see if anyone else has the same problem, if noone does I would make a bug report general ticket.
  16. Ok, I would get whitelisted backing so they you can first run a mechanic / clubhouse from the location, they will have to purchase the property and have a business plan. Then so long as it is not an organized criminal org you can hang out in a big group inside the location with no risk of being booted for squatting etc.
  17. Hey bud, Yes there is both vertical and horizontal progression, by that I mean you can go up in ranks by becoming things like a team manager etc or you can specialize by getting trained in things like MICA (They are the big boy paramedics.)
  18. Hey bud, Just so you know for next time this happens for 2 reasons, either the server isn't loading the info quick enough (for whatever reason) so it responds with that, or the resource for the car has not been loaded which was the case on this day in particular.

  20. Hey Bud, IMO this was 300% your fault and you don't deserve a refund at all but you can plead your case in a general ticket. Be warned, general tickets take ages to get looked at and they take note of poorly written / dumb requests.
  21. Hey bud, I don't know if it happens every time you pay for your car to be un impounded but the only time I ever did I also had to pay for insurance on said car.
  22. This is just a guess but I have a feeling it has to be an official business or org to get a named radio channel, There are plenty of other groups in the collection jobs that have big presences in the community but have no official capacity (yet.)
  23. IMO it sounds like a nice quality of life thing but there are more important things I think the devs should work on first, saying your number out loud isn't hard.
