I believe the change name thing says to change your name and then react to verify yourself. But I found that it wouldnt let you change your name untill after you reacted. Try doing that first, and see if you can change your name then. Otherwise you may need to either leave and rejoin the discord and hope it works.

There's a similiar issue with the postal job up on the West coast (Cant remember the exact Postcode). Its a house that's for sale, and all you can do is access the buy options and cant actually do the job.

Same thing has happened to me a few times. Usually if I have a low amount of money just enough to pay for it, like $3k. It will take it but then tell me I dont have enough. Usually if I have a bit more money, it works fine.
