  1. The Suits Background Information The suits are an organized international body of criminals operating originally in Calabria, Italy. The "mafia" is generally thought of as an Italian secret crime society but the origins of the mafia start way before the onset of automatic guns and narcotics. The mafia began as a way of life, it was a way to protect one's family and loved ones from the injustice of the government, so one might wonder how the environment fosters such violence and slander as well as family and camaraderie among men. Calabria's violent and oppressive government history, where numerous corrupt and inconsistent rulers created an atmosphere of self-reliance and cooperation among the people. This reliance and respect was induced by fear, instilled by violence and threats, and backed by a bureaucracy of family and friends. That is the reason we formed the Suits, consisting of 7 extremely powerful members from the most notorious mafias and crime families in Italy. After dominating and taking complete control of the European black market, dealing in counterfeit products, narcotics, gun trafficking and distribution, illegal gambling, human trafficking and more, we thought we would expand the family business to Victoria, Australia to continue our work and ruthless behavioural code. We have strong plans to protect those who need it and be the middleman in illegal deals. We live by a code of respect, honour, integrity, loyalty and brotherhood amongst each other and to the family itself. What will the suits bring to the city of Melbourne? In the first few months we have been in the city, our crew have made a large impact by holding public events to better and benefit the community. Our events include, but are not limited to, car meets, fight clubs, themed parties and community drag racing. Generously large prize pools and fair rules for those in attendance make our events inclusive for all Melbourne Citizens. We are always evaluating and improving our events so that the next one will always be better. We create exceptional RP, an example of which would be the large dispute between Douglas Stone and Peli Powers in the mayor election and many other scenarios where the suits have been involved. Community feedback is a key factor in achieving our goal of being able to provide Melbourne citizens an experience they want and will talk about for a long time. This is what we aim to bring to the people and the city. This is a set of rules we have put in place for the crew! Mafia Rankings The Boss: The Boss, the Don, the King, the Emperor, the Caesar, the Dictator, is the head of the organization, the boss is a dictator or king and has the power to order anything and everything from anyone in the entire organization. The Boss rules the organization with an iron fist, he makes all the important decisions, much like a CEO or Chairman of a company. The Underboss: The Underboss is the second-in-command in the empire and the organizational hierarchy of the crime family. His level of authority varies, but he is ready to stand in for the boss at any given moment. He is the second most powerful man in the crime family, he has power and control over the captains, soldiers and associates, and he runs the bosses and the organization's day-to-day operations and businesses, and keeps all of the capos, soldiers, hit squads, and associates in line, and makes sure that everyone within the crime family does their jobs and follows the bosses commands. Consigliere: The consigliere, or chief advisor, or counsellor, is the Boss's right-hand man and trusted confidant. The Consigliere is very powerful in the organization, and he plays one of the most important roles in a crime family. He is a close and trusted friend and confidant of the family boss for strategic information, diplomatic counsel, and sound advice. The Consigliere is the mediator of disputes within the crime family and often acts as a representative or aide for the organization in meetings with other crime families, rival crime families, and important business associates.
