I have the handgun license and want to buy ammo, but there doesn't seem to be any being sold at gun stores. Is this correct? Doesn't make sense to me.

Sometimes when I open the yellow pages app on my phone, the overlay freezes and that is all I can see. Even if I put away my phone or stop action, the overlay is still there, which means I have to restart the game in order to use my phone.

I've tested this a few ways now. If I pull cash from an atm or am given cash by a player, it simply disappears. Is this unique to my account or is anyone else experiencing this issue? I've lost 5k so far trying to get it to work. Tried closing and restarting the game, no change.

Same. Got attacked by a modder, hid in my house. A few hours later, I'm getting the same screen as you.
