making the 2nd hand supporter car dealership open to all players! makes it achievable for people to purchase supporter cars without having to support the server. gives everyone a chance to have the cars they want or like but at a higher price.. or open up a player run 2nd hand dealership that allows then to buy and sell any type of vehicles supporter and non supporter vehicles to anyone with paid supporter or non supporters.
