Got logged out, came back and car is gone

Force logout and join back in, went too where i was driving and car was gone, checked garage and says its out, checked impound and nothing, and i cant check insurance and when i do i can no longer interact with garages and such.

 

car is a blue c6 drift corvette [plate]: BFY 154
