The Start:

 

The inception of "The Pack" marks a pivotal moment in the history of Wolf Logistics and Construction, as it was established on February 19th, 2022, with the primary objective of safeguarding the brand image and reputation of the aforementioned organization. The Pack's core mandate during its early stages was to ensure the smooth and secure execution of Wolf Logistics' daily operations, which involved protecting its vehicles and drivers, locating misplaced assets, and carrying out regular audits on drivers' licenses, delivery manifests, and adherence to road regulations. Notably, The Pack also engaged in illicit activities such as drug and weapon trafficking, until they discovered their passion for street racing.

 

Following a series of unfavorable occurrences, Joey Gigs, the founding member and erstwhile leader of the crew, departed from his role, leaving Jimmy Bear, one of the original members, to assume leadership. Under Jimmy's stewardship, the crew worked tirelessly to rebuild and propel themselves to greater heights, while engaging in various unlawful activities such as drug and weapon trafficking, car thefts, and street racing. Additionally, The Pack organized and hosted public events, including rally racing car shows and car cruises, as a means to cultivate their reputation and expand their influence.

 

 

Our Operation

 

As an organization operating outside of the law, The Pack aims to establish itself as a dominant force within various markets. Nonetheless, The Pack harbors a unique vision to transcend the conventional perception of criminal organizations, particularly in the eyes of the general public in Melbourne. The organization aspires to become advocates for the city, filling in the gaps left by existing organizations in several areas. The Pack's ultimate goal is to be a supportive and beneficial group, capable of entertaining, educating, and fighting for the citizens of Melbourne. The organization intends to achieve this by hosting various events, providing assistance and support to the underprivileged, and investing in community development initiatives.

 

 

Street Racing

The Pack aims to create an electrifying street racing scene in Melbourne, offering participants a chance to win substantial prizes such as cars, cash, and other rewards. The organization will organize free-entry events that attract the best drivers in the city, as well as enthusiasts who simply enjoy the sport. The Pack will also host car meet-ups, drift events, and other high-octane racing activities to provide a thrilling experience for all participants.

 

 

Street Crew Structure

 

Shot Caller - In a street crew, the Shot Caller assumes the position of the top decision-maker and is considered the boss of the organization. The Shot Caller holds the authority to induct new members into the crew, and only the Shot Caller, Street Bookie, or Street Boss holds the power to do so. The Shot Caller's word is considered final, and their directives supersede any other decisions within the crew organization.

 

Street Bookie –  The Street Bookie holds a position of significant responsibility and authority. The Street Bookie serves as the second-in-command to the Shot Caller and is responsible for executing the orders of the Shot Caller. All other members of the organization follow the directives of the Street Bookie. Additionally, the Street Bookie assumes responsibility for the management of the crew's finances, including the bookkeeping of sales deals and other financial transactions. As the second-in-command, the Street Bookie plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

 

Street Boss –the Street Boss serves as a trusted friend and confidant to the Shot Caller and the Street Bookie. The Street Boss is an important advisor to the Shot Caller and assumes the role of the right-hand man of the Shot Caller. The Street Boss plays a crucial role in providing counsel and guidance to the Shot Caller, and their advice is highly valued within the organization. As a close associate of the Shot Caller, the Street Boss assumes a significant level of responsibility and authority within the organization, and their presence is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.. 

 

Street Hustler – The Street Hustler holds an important position in the hierarchy and is typically ranked below the Shot Caller, Street Bookie, and Street Boss. their primary task is to oversee and command the lower-ranking members of the crew, ensuring that they adhere to the rules and directives set forth by the hierarchy. The Street Hustler serves as a messenger between the three levels of the hierarchy and the rest of the organization, ensuring that communication remains clear and effective. As an essential figure within the organization, the Street Hustler plays a critical role in maintaining discipline, order, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

 

  

About The Pack

 

The Pack is a street Organization consisting of like-minded individuals who share a passion for racing and the automotive industry. They not only enjoy the thrill of street racing, but they also have a talent for selling guns, drugs, and rarer, more sought after items. Unlike other street crews in the city the pack prioritizes RP and giving back to the community, The Pack prioritizes making connections and building successful business partnerships rather than engaging in violent conflicts. They strive to be a neutral organization and aim to create a secretive and intriguing RP for their crew members. The Pack is known as the “underground  Organization” of the city and is respected for their successful lines of business, Street racing and professional organized crime

 

 

 Base of Operations

 

433 Compound – 433 Compound where we currently reside would be our proposed options for a clubhouse, 433 has the street crew car vibe on the outside but not so much on the inside This would be the ideal for renovation as it requires minimal change seeing as the MLO is already what we would like. Legal Eye

Very well written i love what the pack have stood for since day dot all their efforts and motivation have always been positive towards the cities growth 
and would be amazing to see what more they can bring from what they haven't already done for the city! Amazing job guys keep it up im always watching!

The work that The Pack has been putting into the city has been fantastic. If The Pack are accepted as an organisation it will bring excellent value to the city. 

Application is great you have a great theme throughout the PDF. Your legal side seems perfect what I've seen your crew do in the past. The 433 Compound is a good location for the crew as you already have the lot and not much would need to be changed.. The racing scene, from what I know as I don't know anything about it, seems to not be incredibly popular but with the pack I can see not only street racing but the whole racing scene as a whole become better from this. Social events is another good factor, as I don't see any Orgs do anything with the citizens of Melbourne and I know this will be consistent as I have seen many events hosted by the pack.. E.G. The Pack car meet. One thing is that if Night Kids is an org, idk if they are, would that be a conflict of interest? Unless they don't really count as an org.. From an outsiders perspective, I've not really seen them (Night Kids) do anything apart from the car auctions.. BUT this is all amazing and I really hope you get accepted as an organisation.  

A well structured and detailed application! Can personally vouch for the positive impact they've have on my own time in city as a group. The best crew to go to if you need help running races!

I think this is a very well put together application and I also think that The Pack would be great as an org

 I think The Pack bring amazing rp to the city and definitely are in that group of the more recognized crews, application goes into the full details of the crew and personally think they deserve org with this app and how they function in city, 10/10 best of luck

City needs new ideas for orgs the ones we have only shoot each other non engage with the community rather than going on robbing spreads that the closes to the community they get our crews IC connect with the community more than ORGs. I was part of The Pack at one point, and I'm happy they have kept the same vision of the racing/Car Boosting scene alive.

10/10 Known the pack pretty much since they were formed. Solid crew that has some excellent ideas to bring to the city! So refreshing to see some of the things they do for the community such as hosting and promoting the car shows. A lot nicer to see a crew that lays low and doesnt want to shoot 24/7. I truly believe if The Pack are accepted as an org it will improve the city, especially the racing/drifting aspect, by offering some unique RP opportunities for not only its members, but the BBRP community as a whole
