my subscription does not work

so i have being using the gold subscription since November and i have had no problems until now i have paid it twice this month and still i do not have it is very annoying as i am trying to buy cars and queues are a pain without gold can you help me out 

I reccommend putting a ticket into the Sales/Subscription support below

Click on new request, then click on the drop down menu and select sales support.

Ensure you provide proof of purchase (Paypal receipts from your email account and paid orders from your orders tab)
