Resist Option when getting cuffed

Lets say i am being cuffed by a cop and i wanna fight it ... So maybe we can do like a popup appears saying "you are being hand cuffed. Press E if you want to resist" then if the user press E then on the cop side it say "the suspect has resisted" or something so cops can use the commonly used sentence "stop resisting". 

 

And it will also increase the usage of Tasers in it
