It sais I am pemenantly quarantined from this server. I didn't even do anything though. last time I played BlueBird was like 3 week's ago.

Just merged the topics so there weren't two of them,

So people use new steam accounts to try and connect to our server and evade their bans, we recently put in a feature that bans people who have a specific number of steam accounts all connecting to the server from the same IP address. For now make a ticket in the ban appeals section (link down bellow) I will see if I can get more info about said ban.
