Would it be against the rules to car jack people for example, if im mining and someone runs up while im putting stuff in the trunk and jumps in the drivers seat and takes off with everything....long story short can i do this without being banned or carded ?

Its not really against the rules to be doing this. Although you have to make sure there are more than 4 police online to engage in those types of role-plays. But if your constantly doing the same thing over and over again the rp will become boring. So think about ur choices wisely.
