Hey bud, sorry to hear you are having problems,
I can almost guarantee the reason you are having trouble is due to how the supporter rank links with the server, when you connect to the server that is when your rank in game is updated for the first time, therefore it is not recommended people donate to the server to try and get through the queue as at minimum they will have to sit through the queue at least once post purchase.
I hope this helped you understand a bit.
