civ white listed app

I'm assuming you posted this because the server was in restricted mode ir something. 

Whitelist is a reward for either a commitment to the community or exemplary rp. You can not just apply for it, you must be given a reference code and then spend the time to fill out the roughly 2 page application.

If you meant allow listed there is no official role for it but there are a few ways to be "allowlisted". Depending on the strength of the restricted mode you will need;

-30 to 120 hours playtime and no recent red or yellow cards.

- or a whitelist

- or a gold supporter role.
