What if for jobs such as CFA/EMS/Police and other jobs like RACV there is a chat where you can log in you're hours on duty so if I was on duty as EMS from 8Am to 1Pm and went to 30 successful calls I could put in the chat at the end of my shift and put "Dan Titmar 8am-1pm & 30 calls". That way managers can see how many hours a week their workers have done as sometimes the managers might not see one of their workers on and how much they have or have not done. Like a duty sheet.
