  1. for some, having money in city is an issue

me personally, ill hit 22milion by the end of the week with that number just going up, ive been in city for just over 18 months and i have everything i could ever want. with that said guns are the only thing left to purchase but as someone that's staying clean on the character id rather have new items to purchase and trade.
Im not the richest person in the city but IK a lot of people are like me and got nothing else to do with the money and it keeps going up

    Personally id like to see

    1. Whitelisted dealership
    2. Vehicles that come out and stay rare but for an expensive amount
    3. option to own businesses like Cuppa joe where we just stock it up
The ability to purchase MLOs to be added in city for your business

  2. max amount of polys are 250k with sometime exceptions by 25k
    Step 1:

Download OpenIV: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv and follow the installation instructions. You need to verify your GTA V folder.

You will also need a zip extractor. I suggest winrar

    Step 2:

    Open OpenIV and select Windows

    image.png.68a479cadb693c67a78fb190ca63a0a6.png

    Step 3:

The program will open and look like this:

    image.thumb.png.3553dd31374d55b6d5c90d6e7d1e8f5b.png

After it opens, select the mods folder, and then enable editing by clicking "Edit Mode" at the top.

    image.thumb.png.9d4e6d11d61e9eaf525fe0d54f31c051.png

    Step 4:

Now that you have OpenIV ready, you need to find a car that you would want to test!  The best website to find them is: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles

Make sure that any vehicle you find is an addon vehicle.  I can do replace vehicles, but I will not do them due to the hassle.

    image.thumb.png.051a54333cf0eaa2f909f60125b44b0a.png

    Step 5:

Now that you have the car, click the big green download button and complete the download.  The file should open in winrar. For this example you will see addon, and replace. Click addon:

    image.thumb.png.234bb9077494ebb307fea57b8c13fac3.png

Continue to navigate through the add-on folder until you come across a dlc.rpf file.

    image.png.ccd06e4869299d07b7720c646c95685c.png

    Step 6:

Once you have the dlc.rpf file, you need to drag it to openIV (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EDIT MODE ENABLED!)

    image.thumb.png.064c99013af03e90de8380b0cd37df4c.png

    Step 7:

In OpenIV, double click on the dlc.rpf file, you will then see "data and x64" in most cases.

    image.png.a858e49b6f75760bd1e7511dfb62bc76.png

The data folder is useless for testing cars in openIV - it has the actual car metas, such as handling, body kits etc.  You will want to select the x64 folder.

    Step 8:

In the x64 folder, you will see:

    image.png.3d856d6f07080af75770ba22e1dfff7b.png

The file you want is the vehicles.rpf - this is where you can see poly count, LODs and texture file sizes.  The vehiclemods folder in this example does not matter and is useless.  If I were you guys, I would not worry about vehiclemods, as most cars have them, but do not come with any special body parts or extras.

    Step 9:

Now this is where things get fun.  Double click the _hi.yft to test the poly counts of the vehicle.  See the image for explanations on rest.

    image.png.a424dfe9495d04636d2459468fd50845.png

Will this change it so to plates will not act like the same car boot, because on one of my cars obviously shared a number plate with a rumpo and I had my boot at 3500/100

could this be due to the new inventory system? i had a vehicle before maxed storage and now its 15000/5000

From history these wheels and most avaliable will will work with any car with changable wheels but not for something like the Older RX7 with the widebody kit and chrome mags, and a common accurance unless done right > Adding new wheels will change the order of the current ones therefore changing everyones wheels unless they are using base GTA wheels.

nah it wont change as the id in the database wont change but only the order within LSC

  6. to fix the issue of syntax errors on numberplates with spaces and people having plates without the space in them
EG my car is locked cause of someone having bmwz4 and i have BMW Z4 but if we replace it BMW_Z4 itll most likely fix the issue,

how do i know _ work in plates? my mate has the plate priz_ed and it just acts like a space instead (gov gave him the plate)

  7. like the title states it'll be nice to have the amount of lawyers in city show up there especially for civs that they know they are able to seek legal help at the time and point

also remove honour as they are basically dead and itll be a better spot to have Lawyers

  8. sorry to burst the bubble but most of these are above the poly limit of the server 250k

feel free to find out the poly amount in these vehicles
