This was a proposed new gang from last year, I do not believe it was ever active, to join a gang in city you are going to have to ask in city.

I'm just going to give you the discord copy paste How can you become whitelisted? Whitelisting is a privilege and is a reward for those who earn it. We have a recruitment team who keep their eye out for people who show they can be trusted as a whitelisted player, follow all the community guidelines and provide amazing roleplay in the city. This means only those recommended by a member of the recruitment team will be given the opportunity to apply for whitelisting. This means it will be really important for you to have your discord nickname set up to include your current steam name. This is so we are able to find you and message you if you've been recommended for whitelisting. If you are recommended by a member of the recruitment staff you will receive a DM with a recommendation code which will allow you to apply on the forums and will then be reviewed for suitability. Due to being a reward, it is important if you want to be whitelisted to start engaging with the community and ensuring you are always following the community guidelines. You will never know if you are being watched. If you are a whitelisted member and you would like to recommend someone please contact a member of the recruitment team with your recommendation. If you apply without a recommendation code, your application will be denied.

Hey Bud, To make a business (especially one that requires dev help such as this would) you first need to be whitelisted, after that you need to make and post a business plan here; https://bluebirdrp.live/index.php?/forum/24-new-business-applications/ There is already a fast food chain that you can work for and that has chances to move up ranks whilst you spend some time time in the city (the maccas joints) but if you feel like you have a unique enough idea I suggest you get 1 of your group whitelisted, make them into the owner and move on from ther. Hey bud, This is not the place for a whitelist application, I'm assuming you are making this post because the server is in restricted mode and it asked you to make an allow list application, weirdly enough those are two different things and the allow list application doesn't exist anymore. Sometimes the server is place into this mode when there is either a small amount of staff able to moderate the server or a wave of new players with bad intentions has come into the city. During this mode People who are whitelisted (Players who have a good track record and thus have been granted extra perms) and players have some sort of gold supporter are the only people guaranteed entry into the server queue. The final group of people who have access is what I call a "Trusted player", they are a member of the community who has 120 hours in game and no yellow or red cards in the last month. If you actually wanted to be whitelisted then asking for it is a sure fire way to delay getting whitelist bud, Just keep up the good work in the city, rp your pants off and maybe try and help out a bit on discord with some of the newer players. Hey bud, That is what restricted mode is for, This week they relaxed with it a bit compared to the week prior where it was on about 12-20 hours each day. I am not staff, just a centrelink support volunteer so take this with a grain of salt but I think the reason it was relaxed a bit is because they don't want the server to be a whitelisted server, if the server is on restricted mode than many hours of the day it basically acts as one and may as well been. If you have a better solution than "do something" I'm sure they would like to hear it. Ps. Make sure you are keeping up with reports, with the new votekick prompt after reports it makes it easier to know when you should or shouldn't use said power.

Hey bud, I don't have the link for the mod but it is called NVE, it is basically a lighting, reflections and shadow rework but it makes the game look much nicer (sort of like a shader mod for minecraft) Hope that helps.

If you open them at the same time and aren't in administrator mode they should already be linked.

I'm going to tell you straight up, you are very far down the list of ban appeals, you can ask for admins all you want, all that is going to happen is you are going to get muted on discord and the forums until your appeal has been reviewed.

If it is in regards to fixing something you feel is unintentional you have a better chance getting it fixed by doing a dev ticket

Hey bud, pretty sure I already told you not to post your application here, I am not going to repeat myself buy only say that the police force requires some amount of deductive reasoning. It might not be the job for you if you keep trying to apply in the place where you have been told not to apply.

Bud, after you make the application you have to wait at minimum a month to get back in. Just gotta be patient.

I don't know if you know this but there are groups of people in game who can already craft black market weapons (not just purchase them for two hours a day), but as far as traceable weapons I like the idea, I think it would chug server memory but if it could be done cleanly I think it would be great. Currently you can go into a store, but a gun and just give it to your friend who doesn't have a license, if the cops find him he can quickly shove that gun in your car etc and he can't really be done in for it unless the cops saw him open up the glove-box as they were arriving.

The snail gods created Fivem and so fittingly they made Fivem run like shit. Even with a good pc anyone running settings above normal can have a really rough time, If you have either a slow or old computer / a dodgy net connection you will find driving very difficult. Obviously we can't tell you which one is the thing that is effecting you so all I can say is good luck bud.
