in these two buildings are apartments, irl you CAN live at marinas in these sort of apartments so i think its just natural to maybe place these there, i would say the mid interior is perfect for it 

i would love it to be able to rent/buy an apartment just along here as i own a Marquis sail boat and i also plan to in the future start up a sea view tour  company to plan to bring more attention to the boats and to bring more ACTION for the marine police haha

desc: my gosh would i die for this car, i know many gold supps have been trying to claim a pagani for them selves and here is a possibility this would be great to see up on the 3 super car list could replace the la Ferrari from last batch of gold sup cars. comes with a variety of customisations as well. 

rp use: once again an amazing machine, would be great for super car street racing and stuff. would be a nice car to add the the collection thats for sure and i know many goldies are also wanting a Pagani/Porsche to be added into the gold sup dealership

desc: this would be a great daily cruiser for the vip of the city, i know alot of people have been waiting for a Porsche to enter the gold patreon market and this would be a great one to start with, it comes with a usable cabrio roof so you can have it up or down and comes with bumper options and spoilers and all that stuff. 

rp use: would be one of/the first Porsche to be put into the gold sup dealership, Great Daily cruiser for the rich and famous. would be nice if it goes around 350ish would seem legit. i know street racers and executives would love this car

Description: With 600PS from a 5.0 litre Supercharged V8 engine, Project 8 is the most powerful road legal Jaguar in history.  both exclusively available in left hand drive. Maximum speed is 200mph and 0-60mph takes just 3.3 seconds. im not sure if this is implemented into the car mod but hopefully if the speeds are wack the devs can fix to be more realistic?  

Rp Use: this would be the First jaguar to be entered into the city (to my knowledge), it is an absolute beauty of a machine, it would be great for street racing, and such, generally i feel like this would catch eyes as its engine roars, living up to its makers name. it has no known issues other then the left hand dial having reflection issues but thats it. this would take the BMW M5s place for sure.

Description: A great Suv to go with the Merc Amg GTR 2019 add on i also posted, these two as a set would be great to have as i have not seen anyone wanting these Mercedes that have been coming in due to lack of speed for the car it is, or the lack of add ons, these two as a set will be the execptions i know if these two come in ill be looking at getting both of them 

RP Use: Great for Ceo Company/personal cars, or VIP Civilians. a great machine of Elegance, although it may only go 180 as its top speed (regulated) it may go 0-100 kmh in 5.1 seconds but... this isnt fast and the furious and youre not Dom torreto this is a great cruising SUV and so far the only one im interested in personally.

I  went to Vic roads and got my car, bike, and heavy vehicle license's. I then started working for a fuel delivery service, first day... I ran out of fuel. I got fired for then using the fuel I was delivering in my truck. the next day I worked as an armour guard truck driver, didn't go to well either I would fall asleep at the wheel and end up on a train somewhere else without my truck all the time so I quit that job aswell. I then went for taxi service in my brand new Holden Ve Evoke, that's when I  met Jacob Ruttini who repaired my car after having a serious crash and saw me pushing my car hundreds of metres, jacob offered me a job and BAM! I was now a tow truck driver for True Blue Towing, and I LOVED IT it let me get my hours on my P's and let me get better at auto mechanics, now what I want to is be working more into the Auto Mechanics side of the community. I consider myself a strong, Smart, Talented civilian, interested in ALL KINDS OF MUSIC!(except death metal -_-), I enjoys playing piano and guitar, as his hobby's I enjoys driving along long windy scenic roads in my favorite car collection, along with constantly making adjustments to my cars and working on their beautiful engines.

A Very sleek sports sedan and with nice modelling and handling would be great to have a bmw like this even the engine textures are 3D and interior is nice and smooth
