Character Backstory (minimum 60 words):
Sam had a criminal childhood, Growing up in the grove street area made it hard for him to behave, Having Values set by his parents he was always a criminal. He has seen things no child his age should have seen and done things no child should have done either. Sam learned to defend him self as a child with his fists. He was always getting into fights at school. Sam has always had a love for getting his hands greasy by fixing cars and building them. Sam recently finished building a car which he is proud to call his own.

I can bring a good set of hands for repairing cars and sorting out the trouble makers. (also maturity)

I think it would be pretty cool if blue bird had a army that would train and respond the criminals with guns etc
It would be government funded and they would have access to strong guns and can setup roadblocks
There could be camps in sandy shores with NO TRESSPASSING and the shoot and train there
The army could go around in those big trucks and the suv land rovers
If this idea gets put in the game I think it would be cool to join(I would apply any day)
