Try:
- Signing out of discord, closing fivem, signing back into discord and relaunching fivem
- Checking to see if your Discord Settings > Authorised Apps has FiveM Listed
- Making sure you aren't running either Discord or FiveM as administrator.

If none of these work check out #server-suport-services on the discord
