So as a Patient Transfer Staff Member, you'd be working UNDERNEATH AV. So you're NOT AV, but unconscious citizens have a choice to press 'G' for an ambulance, or 'T' for Patient Transfer, which would pretty much just pick up the unconscious person, put them on a stretcher, put the stretcher into the back of a NON EMERGENCY VEHICLE and simply take them to the sign in at the hospital. Under no circumstance would Patient Transfer Service advertise themselves as paramedics, advertise themselves as emergency services or ever be able to speed. PTS would simply be, as the name suggests, a transfer to hospital. This could help ease the burden on AV, and also assist AV in mass casualties.
