What rasslin was talking about it is old information, You first need to check if you are sync'd on the discord and that gold is activated, Once that is done you can join the queue in the queue you press "discord refresh", You then leave the queue for 5 minutes, Rejoin the queue and you should have your queue prio. If you aren't sync'd on the discord ask for help in the #server-support-services channel.
