Drug Uses

Make it so the drugs have less visual effects and more physical.

For example :

- Coke Baggie makes you run and movements 40% faster

- Joint Takes More Damage (Armour)  but might make you run slower.

- and be able to mix certain drugs for certain effects

 

This would be great and fun

 

Would also give a reason for player to play transactions, undercover busts, people with drugs on them that arent deal quantities for small police bookings. the game has a lot of resources for drugs from the biker dlc that could be used.
