  1. Sorry, late reply. The bad few making us good ones look badd is just a minor part of the issue, but cerrtain not one of the big things. What I do know, at least what I've been told, though I can't verify the legitimacy of it, but apparently, GP or someone is going to make the 2 companies 2 seperate entities, though RACV will still be subcontractors to TBT and management will still oversee things. I believe that is a good thing. I've only played the city for like 4 months so I can't speak for what came before I id, even still, I think having it the way it currently is, or solely relying on a few volunteers from TBT to teach RACV workers into good RPers, isn't the right answer. Either way, I am looking forward to seeing what changes come about when they do.
  2. Not sure if that has already been requested, but we need RACV hierarchy. RACV management will in essence be a clone of TBT, to the point that you can track a player ID, each vehicle has a specific number plate, you can see whi ID took out said number plate, you get a notification the moment someone goes over the speed limit, the ability for management to also watch RACV workers (strictly RACV workers) through a crystal ball and whatever else TBT has. You could have all this, while still limiting RACV workers to the one flatbed they currently have access to. Same with the use of repair kits. In short, nothing changes, except there is management. It is my understanding that RACV is just training course prior to getting promoted to TBT (if that happens to you). So, forcing this new training system on TBT hopefuls, is a good way to teach them to be a mature and problemless, before they get a TBT promotion. RACV management can also forward on letters of recommendation to TBT management, at which point, the vetting process, falls to them. To put this into perspective (this is already well known, that there are far more bad RACV workers than good and they make us good ones, look bad). I was going down the motorway at the speed limit and I was side on to a local (this was at the overpass bit as you leave past the casino and up into the desert and and prison) and some RACV worker who was coming up behind me, tried squeezing between myself and the local, failed miserably and slammed into me, must have been going the better part of 150kph, I got shunted into the roadside barrier and my nissan titan broke down. This worker just carried on about his day, didn't stop to say sorry or repair my car, tow it and so on. Literally no shits were given. To summarise, not a report as I don't have his ID, but just an idea and RACV management becoming a thing, along with discipline being forced on to those who make us good mechanics look bad
