    I have the same thing. From what I seen you need to be approved in the game from them watching you. I had a bug soon as I joined the game my shirt was freaking out and all over the place couldn't get rid of it. I then went to the hospital after a guy told me to take him there and got a bug where the camera was on top of my head and couldn't walk normally or do anything. So I went to reboot and I get that same screen now.....
