When the police put down a crime scene areas on a road, since all the local traffic stops maybe police barriers could be placed automatically around the crime scene circle to stop civs from driving though at high speeds. Image linked is the type of barriers I’m talking about

To purchase a gun civs would have to be granted permission from the police force. The police force after given permission would provide the weapon instead of just buying one from the gun store. Hopefully this could lower the rate of guns owned in the city as the amount is unrealistic and the overuse of guns is ruining RP. Also the price to purchase the guns would be raised. E.g over 200k

Shouldn't Cars speed be affected by their prices? for example the more expensive the car the faster it can go.
