as our org was approved we were told that we needed to show good consistant rp, it has been nearly 2 weeks since our approval, we have hosted and attended events, some of us have jobs in town and others are RP'ing their butts off, i feel we have NOT made a negative impact on this communty but have made a positive impact, our initial request was to ask if we could have a house in st denis as our org HQ. but with no response from any staff member or any response on how we are going as an org and from an rp point of view i feel as if we are being treated differently to other orgs,  

all we are asking for is a camp setup for our org so we can continue having good rp and somewhere to store our gear. our members are struggling to progress any further as their inventories are full and we are recieving NO support.  other orgs such as the indians got what they wanted instantly and have even been given their own shop where they can sell goods from and private land in wapiti where it is almost off limits to enter.   also MYGOV got full support instantly aswell....

please can we have some kind of support.

also i have tried to contact all of the redm staff members and have also asked for help in the REDM ORG chat. with no reply

Previous/Current Employment: Previous Employment, I was a tow truck driver/Mechanic for RACV For a little over a month After the massive influx of new drivers it got a bit too much to handle with so many "towies" around so i changed career and i currently Employ Miners to mine and smelt minerals for me for a weekly wage. progress has slowed by my love for racing cars has grew since becoming a memeber of a racing org.

Character Backstory (minimum 60 words): Born into a Mining Family. My brother and I grew up in western australia And raised with honor and Respect. Having a High work Ethic from a young age, my brother Walter. and myself were always at work with our father learning all that we could so one day we could take over the reigns of a mining empire. 
After completing that goal and becoming self made millionairs by 20years old We moved from Australia To Amsterdam to venture into other Businesses. successfully making more friends and money we decided it was time to Start our own empire back where it all began. We moved to melbourne in search of a new Start. Our story has only just begun. we have been in the city a few short months but already made a solid impact. With My love for fast cars and his love for Business and money. we make a great team. 

Past crimes commited/bans: ( No Bans or Cards at all for that matter),  I have done some petty crime,  (wrong place wrong time mostly) mainly just speeding and carrying a firearm without a licence. 

Skills you can bring to GMG: The first and most important thing i can bring to GMG is a Higly professional standard to GMG, when i work on repairing a car,  ( i actually repair it with tools) instead of staring at the car and using my mind. i get in the with sockets and wrenches and get the job done,  
secondly i will always have a smile and make the customer feel welcome to gmg i think its importand that the customer feels and home and not just awkwardly standing waitting to be served but instead feel engaged and welcome and part of the GMG family. 

What you believe our values represent: I believe your values of respect, integrity, loyalty and commitment are completley self explanitory. that GMG customers are held on a pedistool above all else and respected from the moment they enter the premises to the moment they leave and more. i believe that loyaty goes and long way am im glad that is mentioned. loyalty can make a business and a loyal customer is the best thing to have in this city. and when i put on that uniform i am to commit to a job no matter how difficult and complete it in its entirity and not to waver until the customer leaves smiling and satisfied with my services. 

What sets you apart from other applicants? (minimum 30 words) i think i stand apart not only by my high personal standards when it comes to being the face of GMG to having a high standard in mechanical service. fixing/modifying a car is more then just doing the job. its about passion and commmitment and i think i have that over other. i think my personality will stand apart from other applicants.

Someone could host a race and everyone who wants to join can sign up and buyin withing the app so you know your money wont just be stolen and  have a certain amount of time to get to the start line before the race starts. when the  race is about to start there will be a 30secs countdown or how long the race host chooses. Cones could appear for the start of the race and finish line,  Each track layout can be marked with Waypoint and a GPS line on the map showing racers where to go and turn.  on the HUD you could have 
 

Have A racing USB ( that can be confiscated by cops) so that not everyone can Randomly access the app to race, they need a dongle to race which can be acquired by the owner or higher ups and they need to have it  on them at all times to access the racing app,  it will be a black market item like dirty money, so its illegal to have, when they win they recieve a large amount of dirty money depending on the size of the track/race/racers,

Its not much but it will help for sure!! can we get a ute or a station wagon for Repair jobs please. itl make it alot faster seeing as we lose money buying repair kits

We employ 5 Tow truck drivers to patrol the streets of Melbourne with corporate credit cards that cover the running costs of our vehicles, Fuel , repairs. Player personal vehicles will be towed if left abandoned and spotted by one of our drivers once the winch is attached the players have 1 in game day to go to our head office and pay a large fee based on the model of car to retrieve their vehicle or we auction it off in the next days live auctions also at our HQ, Citizens of Melbourne will be able to bid for cars they don't have or cant get anymore giving every hard working Melbournian a chance to get something, Not only that but every day we will host live auctions creating uniting the community and bringing them hope ' HOPE TO GET SOMETHING AT A FAIR PRICE THEY NEVER IMAGINED THEY COULD GET" Special tickets can be sold to give poorer members of the community a boost that will improve their chances of a successful bid , Bidding will be anonymous and done through a polling station maned by our employees and people will get 1 bid per car winner takes all .
