The Magistrate Courts of Victoria currently is quite a long and slow process. It deters people away from wanting to go down this route due to a few reasons. Possibly integrated into the Vehicle Garage system when taking it out it gives you either a notification or even in the title of the vehicle it says when they are expired. Another way to do it would be to create an automated system that sends a message to your phone 24 hours before expiry.
