The docks could become Dockland/Footscray etc

A dispatch system that could be accessed outside the city. ES calls could be sent to a discord channel or something, consumed by a bot and transcribed to a map. it would require knowing what the X and Y max values are then correlate them to the pixels on the map. Jobs can then be assigned via the Dispatch system, allowing jobs to be tracked on what is and isn't being attended. Allows jobs to be prioritised if numbers are low or a major scene happens that could require more support. This could also help ES members who are away or have issues with PC/FiveM etc to still be able to contribute towards their job in ES.
