The casino boat in Saint Denis is currently unused and I believe there is a lot of potential for it to create jobs and RP. My short term goal is to have the casino running and open every few nights or only on weekends whilst the server is small, with 4ish staff working different jobs. My long term goal is to have the casino open at least once every week at full capacity with smaller nights throughout the week every now and again. I would like the Casino to be managed by at least 2 people but run by multiple with different departments all having a leader. (Head of Service, Head of Entertainment, Head of Security) For the meantime whilst server pop is <40 on good nights I am willing to run it solo with staff however when the population is higher the different leadership roles will be put into play.
quick outline of the roles:
Service: Man bar and hire bartenders as well as supply liquor to the boat. Acquire foods and hand out during events as waiters
Entertainment: Organize any special events and should the boat be hired for an event night bring to Casino head for announcements tp be made. Man gambling tables and hire entertainment
Security: (Biggest team) run security, manage transport to/from boat and act as pit bosses.
Manager/Vice Manager: Manages casino, Head of staff and makes announcements and helps other teams where needed.
Whether or not I am allowed to run the Casino directly with my ranks in the sheriffs department (investigator/Sergeant) I would like to at least be allowed Vice/Co head of Casino.
