    Organizations that are there not only for the power or "control" are needed in the city and civilians would be finally able to enjoy their stay in the city. Obviously, it will be impossible to stop everyone from getting mugged or worse, but at least the thieves will think twice before doing any low-life crimes. It is also incredible how everyone in this organization contributes in solidarity with each other, especially Carl, as a new civilian to the city he was helpful and looked after me. Tom's dedication to the city is also impressive and admirable, he is constantly working with other civilians developing sources and connections to better not only himself but the civilian he does business with. I believe that this organization could be an extremely helpful way to eliminate some of the corruption in the city by criminals themselves.
