  6. The Irregulars. Knowledge. Power. Unity. These three words are the things that the "Neighbourhood watch" believe in. These three, simple words shape, embody, and empower those that truly are "Irregular". Founded early 2022, Dakota Rawson, fresh out of Teamsters, together with Ricolas Lage, and Tyler Ferguson-Lopez-Oread-Walker-Lage-Kay-Thomas-Fischer (Try saying that name ten times fast!) were three allies that no longer had something special to call their own. Nothing except their unyielding, passion, pride, honor and love for the city that was so special and dear to them all. The drive to make the city so great. But where did the city come from? Where did it all start? Bendigo. And look where it was. A ghost town. A shamble. A Disgrace. The only people that were to even remotely consider it a place, were already hardened criminals. Criminals hellbent on making things harder for everyone. Including those that have just started. Something had to change. Something had to give. And just like that, the Irregulars Neighbourhood Watch, was born. The Irregulars were founded on what the trio could remember about their past. What made them so proud to be what they were before, and what they can do to make things better now. The only thing left to do was try. To prove that they weren't a joke. That they were serious. Time to do things nobody else dared to. The things nobody has even tried. Time to work the Irregular Way. Vigilante. The Irregulars were formed to provide 3 things to the city, and three things alone. -They were to provide new visitors a positive, welcoming experience to the city. Out of their own pocket, they would take time out of their city life, to show these people how great the city can be. The main goal was to crush the first 2 hours+ of learning by yourself, into mere minutes. This was achieved by teaching people how to open their inventory, give items, recieve items, use their third eye, where to get their drivers license, their first car. New players were bought or given free phones, taught how to use them, access ATMs, check bins, and given free rides to the Sandy car dealership. From there, if those new players required anything, an Irregular was a mere phone call or text message away from an being able to provide an answer, all without giving out too many hints that they were indeed criminal. Our distinct red cars were specifically chosen for their uniqueness. You would know that they're Irregulars on business based off the Ocelot Jugulars, and Coil Brawlers (Both local cars) that they used as their official vehicle. -They were to provide, above all else, high quality roleplay. Rules were to be taken entirely seriously. Every single one. This wasn't to be taken lightly, and reprimands were made extremely clear, down to a near-contract. to quote 1a):if I catch word that anyone shoots on duty CFA or AmbVic you will be immediately expelled from the crew and dealt with. This was and has always been the most important rule of being part of T.I. - To which has inadvertently (and thankfully) extended to TBT and other legal services that weren't immediately on the mind when writing policy. High quality roleplay, and providing a positive experience, were the core components of being part of the crew. If you couldn't provide that, you weren't eligible. -An aim to make Bendigo a safer place. This has, to date, been the most successful component of The Irregulars. What started as one crew in the city, blossomed into two, then three, then four, suddenly there were a significant amount of crews that all decided that yes, Bendigo was a good place to have! A solid base of operations, mostly free of police presence, we were free to do a lot in the area. In fact it was such a success, that not only did people being robbed drop CONSIDERABLY in the Bendigo region, a new thing was a necessity to ensure no crews stepped on each others toes during any form of hostile RP. This is where the next stage of The Irregulars came to being. ---The Bendigo Council--- The Bendigo Council is a group of crews that primarily base themselves in Bendigo. The goal is parallel to 2 of the goals in that the Irregulars were founded upon, and it simply made too much sense NOT to provide to the city, while also creating a third. -All Council crews would be to provide a more positive experience to the Bendigo area, much like The Irregulars already were. This meant that there were more people that were around that would do friendly, enjoyable things in the area, and aide people. Hostilities in the area were restricted to responses to crimes and attacks. This meant no council crew could accidentally wage conflict with another - We were all on the same page, therefore we couldn't fight between ourselves. -All council crews were to provide high quality roleplay to the city. Bendigo is the first place people fly in. It should be expected that the first people you meet, are ones that give you a pleasurable experience - to make you WANT to come back to Bluebird. -Inadvertently, what we ultimately created was the ability to guarantee that if we were to respond to conflict, we could provide at least 4 people to respond to an incident, guaranteed. Win or lose, SOMEONE was coming to try and help someone from being robbed, shot at, or attacked. It didn't matter if you were 2 minutes in or 2 years in. Someone was around to help. This not only helped the city, it also meant that we kept to a guaranteed crew limit of 7, while being able to keep strong, powerful allies at all times. No crew was to beef with an organisation, and we weren't to roll around in a large group of 2+ crews together. You may have had brief "Council Meetings" between assigned leaders of crews, dubbed as "Council Representatives" but under no condition were we able to roll as a large group. This also meant that there was no Council Colour. The council crews know which colour represents which crew. Immediately being able to associate friend from foe, while also making sure that nobody could confuse the members as a large hostile group working together. Hostile RP rules were intentionally followed to a T, and to my knowledge, this has never come to light as being an issue. ---What we provide--- -Like Teamsters United, The Irregulars have maintained a very strong legal presence throughout, with a vast majority of our time being only 6 members, and only very recently, 5. A core component is our legal work, our "Cover" - to maintain ourselves as being under VicPol's radar. While also being unafraid to concealed carry multiple illegal items, or sell them to others. For many months, we worked, and proved, that you could run a crew a whole new way. A round table, where there is only a leader on paper, but never have they been "The Boss". Though this, there was a guarantee that you were always talking to the highest ranking member of the crew - because there was no genuine, full leader. Unofficially, Dakota Rawson has maintained "Leadership" of the crew for a vast majority of the time the crew has existed, with some time split between Tyler, and ex-founding member Ricolas. -We also proved in the first 3 months that you don't need an organisation to succeed, having worked almost exclusively with crews, as a crew, for a long time. We have maintained a high standard of roleplay that the city has come to know, and associate us for. The Irregulars rapport with almost every organisation is outstanding, with a couple being mutually neutral, despite very little business going to most of them. We made it a point to go to every organisation in the city (Except Invictus, which was a personal thing) within the first week, and get permission to run as a red crew, that operated in Bendigo. This was 100% out of the respect for those that were in the city before us, who had issues with the previous red group. and have maintained a very strong respect for Victorian Police, having only ever shot at them in the final, last ditch effort to escape from something that would have resulted in potentially far worse. The Irregulars have always respected Police, and feared orgs. -We've proven that you can succeed as a crew without grinding. We've never been grinders. We're roleplayers. Each and every one of us is not a grinder. We're here for fun, not to slave away for a millennia growing weed. But we're also not afraid to work. I guarantee you, as a crew we have hit the streets hard, sold the guns, you name it. It has been done. All from underneath many groups noses. -We've established that money and guns is not the only way to succeed. The Irregulars have been carefully designed at its very core to infiltrate, and grab information that people never knew we had. The intel sheets we have are vast. You may not even realise that you've slipped up and told us something. Everything comes back to us. With our legal work, we've infiltrated Ambvic, CFA, and even Corrections - As an unyielding, hardened, criminal crew. We've not only mastered the art of information, but are avid believers in "Disinformation Campaigns" - Plausible lies that spread through the city, predominantly about ourselves to make us seem far more than meets the eye. And if we don't have what you think we do... what do we have? -We provide a smile to the day. A helping hand. You do not see an irregular that tells you "No. I won't help you." Not once have we turned our backs on someone being attacked. At times we will arrive to a scene of gunshots, and associate the damage, possibly discern right and wrong behavior, and work to resolve the issues to reduce bloodshed. Bendigo is our home. Its our area that we've come to respect and love. It should be free from the chaos and tyranny of the big city. -We are always able to provide hostile roleplay, and have never shyed away from defending others. To date we have reprimanded 2 crews for their antics towards either AmbVic/CFA/TBT/EMS, or general shitty behavior up north, through our vigilantism. We've never intentionally attacked an organisation (Though we have unadvertently attacked an org due to misinformation. An act that was VERY quickly resolved and dealt with before shit hit the fan) and plan to keep things that way, as we are not hostile nor antagonizers by nature and heart of our characters - But we have never been afraid to throw hands when the going gets tough. -You'll notice that almost all of us are GMT. This is no accident. Everyone on the crew besides Dakota is NOT from Australia, and fly in from different areas of the world, from the United States to Europe. We have, for nearly 6 months, maintained a near 24/7 communication factor with the city, by design - there has nearly always been an Irregular within the city for contact. Which means there has nearly always had criminal or legal activity in the city. -You will have noticed that The Irregulars are not a mafia. They're not a syndicate. They're not an MC. They're borderline a street gang, but at their very core, they're currently the only group in the city that have dubbed themselves, and held themselves, as Vigilante. This is entirely by choice. Bendigo has never been lawfully in good hands. It hasn't for a long time. To be an Irregular is not just us calling us such because don't do things by the normal way of the city, we have also intentionally worked as our own version of VicPol. Gathering intel, working silently to obtain information and to strike at those who are, in the mind of the crew, "Unjust." We have worked for the betterment of the city, in an attempt to make everyone safer. Like VicPol is meant to provide to the city. Like Vicpol, we've confiscated firearms from those who break OUR laws, who WE believe are disturbing the peace. This is not to say that we are actively policing BBRP rules - That is NOT what The Irregulars are about. We have, within character, shot out tyres of individuals who have RDM'd, or the such, but it has always been within character, and not to kill. Sometimes people need to be told in city that they're not doing the right thing, and sometimes a good roleplay situation can be made of it. That said, rulebreaks are reported often, as you'd expect in Bendigo. Especially for the ones who don't want to listen. The Irregulars have always respected BBRP rules. Rules 7, 8, and 12 have been on the forefront of our minds. ---Current Members--- - The President: Dakota Rawson (AEST). While the title is merely a formality within the crew, Dakota has been the founder since the dawn of the crews creation. Her pride and honor is something unmatched, and very rarely is she ever without her trusted White shirt, white pants, and Red jacket. The unyielding pride and honor that she has upheld and cemented into each member of her crew. Her Team. Her Family. It is simply unmatched. She has never been one to shy away from problems, addressing them promptly, whether it be within her own crew, or other individual wreaking havoc. Her main role is to consistently maintain a strong, connection and rapport with every group she can, using every trick in the book to prevent bloodshed, be it her own, her crews, or other individuals. Currently employed at Grease Monkey Garage and Melbourne Adventures, and a previous employee of Corrections Victoria, she's always one to lend a hand, and always in the public eye. Hardly possible for her to be a criminal crew leader of organised crime, Right? - Head of Legal / Vice President: Tyler FLOWLKTF (GMT). Tyler is one of the two "Legal" workers of the crew. Infiltrating Corrections through his well maintained criminal record, Tyler (and Chris) both provide much sorely needed legal activity to maintain the cover required to make VicPol turn a blind eye. It was through Tyler we let drop a fairly large bombshell on an org, to the org, to let them know that something big and secretive, wasn't as secretive as they thought it was, within a matter of days. "Second In Charge" Tyler being part of a criminal group? It would be unheard off. The intelligence provided from within the Prison has been insurmountable and great. It has also been quite useful gaining favour in many crews and orgs subtly and effectively, while also being able to smuggle valued items (Holsters) out. Its a win win situation, and a position that Tyler has successfully achieved. Who could look twice? -Head of Intelligence / Secretary: Chris Fischer (GMT). Amazingly, Chris is 100% legal. Chris does not deal in illegal firearms, hold illegal items, nor do anything criminal besides funnel through money and intelligence through his own legal work, whether that be Fischer Photos, or CFA. His abilities in intel have been nigh untracable, allowing us to gain insurmountable knowledge on not just businesses and future ventures, but also organisations and even Victoria Police. "Knowledge is Power" is something that Chris has taken to heart, and his vast intel that he has provided to the crew, be it small or large, has been insurmountable. It is through Chris we have easily obtained the most intelligence of all other groups, be it crews, or orgs. If anyone in the crew has mastered stealth, it would be this man, who has infiltrated and stolen not just knowledge, but the hearts of many. You can find Chris working diligently with his own personal business, Fischer Photos, working as CFA, or simply helping out new visitors in Immigration. - Head of Criminal Affairs / Vigilante Lead: Eliza Lopez (GMT). Eliza is as of now, our current head of Criminal Affairs, for lack of better working. It is through her most of our illegal deals and contacts are made, using knowledge that has been provided through criminal, or legal connections. If Knowledge is Power, Eliza represents the "Power to Unite", being able to communicate not just with crews, but organisations to obtain deals and products. It is through Eliza most illegal activities are run during GMT, which has aided in multiple connections and deals, giving Vicpol something to work with in the "dead" hours of the city, and vice versa. -Criminal Affairs / Vigilante: Sir Reginald Edwards V (GMT). Reginald is roughly 50/50 on the criminal lifestyle. This is in part due to the character. He was not meant to be a crim, but ended up falling into it. Reginald is likely the individual you would least suspect to be part of a criminal organisation. He's an old man, who has only recently fallen to crime. He's sold the drugs and robbed the stores just like any of us. An "ace up the sleeve" for the crew to sneak someone in. And he's performed his jobs admirably. ---Base of Operations--- -Due to the fact Dakota has held and maintained whitelisting, The Irregulars have always had an Headquarters/Base. An organisation application, should it be successful, may or may not change the location of the area that The Irregulars call home. 1. The Crows Nest - Featuring the two official Crew Vehicles. It has been Dakotas house for well over 6 months. It has been a luxury many crews have never been able too afford, that is a free house to rent, to store, stash, and use as a base. Furthermore, the few that do have a house to rent, are often having to leave for another place, get scammed by house owners, or more. The Crows Nest has always been the Irregulars main base / Headquarters. Upon obtaining an Organisation position, this is unlikely to change. But if it were... 2. "The Lodge" The Lodge is a premium, unused location. Located close to postcode 3004, it is a location that does not get used for any purpose except for garbage truck driving. The area already has plenty of parking, and is nice and secluded. This would be one of the very few things that would need to be adjusted, and an MLO already exists for the area - https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/mlo-bayview-lodge-motel-store The Lodge would be yet again another legal front to the Irregulars. A place to sell legal goods, but already different from The Room, GMG, and other businesses. This would be the area we would like the most. 3. "The Bunker" Located a stones throw away from the Crows Nest (and literally a Brawler's climb up the backyard!) The Bunker would be an ideal place close to The Nest to store anything illegal and dangerous, away from the prying eyes of the city. It would require nearly no work outside (Merely a fence), but it would require a specialty MLO for the underground area. As it is quite literally a bunker, it would not look pretty - but nothing in Bendigo looks pretty, and that alone makes it pretty ideal for a base of criminal operations. Away from the prying eyes of the world, hidden underground. There is no parking in this area, except for a little garage closeby. If the valet's could be fixed so that it doesn't drop cars on the roof of the garage, that would fix this issue and make it a solid location to keep an eye not just from The Crows Nest, but being close enough we can keep an eye the Crows Nest at the same time, at the Bunker. The biggest issue is that this is very close to our next door neighbours property, and their stairwell. Do not be miscontrued into thinking otherwise) Any other locations would be greatly appreciated. ---Final Notes--- The Irregulars have proven time and time again, that there is another way to succeed. That there's another way to act. You can do more than just follow the same line of success everyone else has. And we did it without grinding hours upon hours of time in the city, chopping cars and cooking meth. We succeeded in The Irregular Way. The way nobody else could ever have thought of. And we have flourished. Crews will sputter and die on their first internal conflict, or first disaster. Not only did The Irregulars succeed where those crews failed, we took those lessons and became infinitely stronger, and with that strength we became more known, more powerful, more united. Knowledge. Power. Unity. Its come full circle. The city is reaching capacity for org slots, however, The Irregulars becoming an org would give new visitors a friendly face to work with, on a more consistent basis. We would be able to help out more new players, because we would have more players to work with. We're already a near-pacifist crew. As a result we'd be a near pacifist org. The biggest thing that would change is our firepower, connections, and frankly, better self defense. Not just defense of the group, but of Bendigo as a whole. Which it has desperately needed, and continues to need. Bendigo is ready for an Org again. And that Org is Irregular.

  11. Did you store it in the garage after updating it? If you didn't, and you just drive it, lock it, leave it to be picked up by aliens, whatever, it will not save. Save it, in the garage

  14. It happens sometimes. Flying in and out sometimes fixes it. Otherwise, use F1 and create an MP Ped. Just remember to spawn that MP Ped when you fly in Most players original skin look like shit because that menu is... not great honestly. MP Ped's make it so much easier to customize
