It most definitely isn't. Both Mods and Admins have a lot of work to do which includes responding to hundreds of tickets, be patient and they will respond back to you as quick as possible. Are you going about the correct process putting in the ticket in regards to the right subject? Putting a forum post out about getting assistance is not going to do anything but delay their response time
