Blindfolds?

A bilndfold item that would block your view, including map, for 10 minutes. Can be dodged or "slipped off" sort of like when you get a treasure map in fishing and there's like 6 super fast things in a row. Would improve kidnapping and things like that and make it more interesting. too balance it make them very expensive (250k per?) and limited uses, and if someone slips out of it, you lose it forever. I put it in town meetings and recieved very positive feedback and I believe it would be a cool addition too city.
