Is there a problem with RACV or TBT?

multiple calls put in with one response and a no show in over 30 minutes waiting. There needs to be punishment for them signing in to their job and not doing it because it affects us not being able to fix our cars and they all sit at their depot talking shit.

You could potentially raise your concerns to the TBT emails, there is a customer complaint section that this would fit in under and you would probably get a quicker response there!

the reason we are so unlikely to answer a call is from what ive seen 70% of repair calls end with us getting there and nobody being there or the car being gone cus "some nice citizen gave them a repair kit" and there is no update for us that the call is no longer needed. I say there should be punishment for players who put in calls and dont inform us that the repair is no longer needed so we dont waste time and money. also since we had to go all the way out to probably 4-5 other no show calls, calls that result in a repair more times than not turn into no shows on the customer's part. Also another reason Racv specifically doesn't respond to repair calls is its not our main job. We are actually really supposed to focus on removing cars marked for impound and tbt (which usually there are only 2-4 of them on) are supposed to take care of repairs. Racv is a secondary line so if tbt is swamped with calls from say Vicpol we can lend a helping hand but seeing as we really have no communication with them once they leave the garage we cant tell if they have more calls than they can handle so we just wait for our main job of doing impound tows.
