Red Card for spamming E at laundry

Was spamming E to wash my clothes at the laundry mat and was kicked from the server and given a Red Card. Not sure the process on how to go about it, was I breaking a rule or just bad luck?

Hey bud,
I severely doubt you were given a red card for it as people get kicked by anti spam all the time, perhaps if you have been a repeat offender you might have been given one but that is something I am unaware of. If you feel the card you got (go make sure you actually have a card first) was unfair feel free to make a ticket on the forums.
