Hey everyone. I made a character on bluebird and can't use my phone no matter what key i bind it to. Then i started hearing 3 or more people on voice chat even though i wasn't around anyone. Can someone help me figure out these problems so that I can try to enjoy myself? Thanks.

i just figured out how to get the phone but i can still hear a ton of people talking on my headset but nobody is around me. can hear barry taxi's entire chat with his boys

Try turning off voice chat and turning it back on, BTW for easier help in future use the #centrelink-civ-support channel on discord.
