That's a very broad question, I'll give you a very basic run down of what to do;
- Purchase GTA 5 on pc (Steam, Epic, Rockstar etc.)
- Own a steam account and have steam installed.
- Download the Fivem application (google it)
- Open steam
- Open FiveM
- Search BBRP in the server search bar
- Click join server.

Additional things you should do includes lining your fivem account to your discord / steam, joining the bbrp discord and asking on said discord if the server is currently on restricted mode before joining (as if it is in restricted mode you [a new player] will not be able to join.)

is it possible to join if you have gta on epic instead of steams

edit:my bad I didnt see Epic for some reason
